Building Services

Building Management Services Holder Properties provides quality management services for the building tenants at 174 Meeting. We utilize the latest technology using a web based program for all service requests to ensure that requests are responded to in a timely and efficient manner for our tenants. We provide a wide array of building services for your convenience. To inquire about our services, please contact us at 770-988-3108.

The Holder Properties management office telephone number is 843-745-7160.  This number is answered 24-hours a day and should be used for all maintenance requests except those entered into the Itendant work order system.  After 5:00 p.m., the answering service will contact the Holder Properties on-call engineer to respond to after-hours emergency calls.

Members of the maintenance staff are on duty from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Itendant Work Order Website: For all tenant service requests, please access our service request website at http://174meeting.itendant.com.  To obtain a password for the website and instruction on how to use Itendant, please contact the property management office.  It is recommended that only 2-3 tenant employees have access to Itendant.

Building Hours The building hours for 174 Meeting are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. – All entry into the building is via card access after-hours. Please contact the management office for a building access card.

Maintenance Requests If you experience a problem within your suite that requires maintenance assistance and/or repair, please have your tenant representative contact us via the Itendant Work Order system.

HVAC Services Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the building operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  If at any time during working hours, you desire adjustments to the temperature within your suite contact the property management office for assistance or place a work order into Itendant. To avoid damage and minimize delays, please do not adjust thermostats without assistance.

After-hours HVAC services are available upon request and can be scheduled in advance by contacting the property management office.  Please email fax the “After Hours HVAC Request Form” to the property management office at 770-988-3105 or email it to Holder Properties at 174meeting@holderproperties.com at least 24 hours before the extra HVAC is needed.  Please refer to your lease for the hourly cost for after-hours HVAC.  This amount will be billed to you after usage.

Janitorial Services Janitorial services are provided for the building common area and tenant spaces Sunday through Thursday. Please contact the management office for any special cleaning services.
